When you first come in you will see the calendar view which gives you a good overview of what events you
have planned using meetings:

You can see three main modules on the top menu as Create Recording, New Meeting, New Webinar.

if you want to you can to begin with run a meeting now this is for undefined people or you  run on live webinar.

Let’s go ahead and setup a new webinar, I’ll click New Webinar button and it gonna showing two options that is Live Webinar, Auto Webinar

1/Live Webinar

I choose Live Webinar, when you start setting up a live webinar you’ll have to fill in a few forms to make sure that we get all the important details:

Now, I’ll enter Webinar title and set up time of webinar, I’m going choose to record event what I usually recommend so that you have a recording to use later. And then I’ll customize your landing page, Meetvio also provide a landing page builder to you easy to customize your landing page:

You can see all of the components of your landing page on left side. You enter a short description, page content, choose register form, you can put your video on your landing page. I’ll scroll down to continue with other components

If you want you can change the text and change the text color, you enter thank you message and thank you video and then you choose Autoreponder to save emails. After all, you click on Save & Preview button.

Now, I’m going to back live webinar screen and continue with scrolling down

I choose to add assistance as well to someone who can answer questions for doing the webinar and I can also set reminder emails now we take care of sending these emails for my friend. You can click on Edit to edit these email for reminders. After all, I click on Create Event button to finish. My event will get added into my calendar and from there I can view exactly what I have coming up

I click on More button to see more details about my webinar:

You can see the registration link so all you need to do is you need to give this link to people who want to sign up to the webinar:

I will click on this link or click on Start The Webinar, it’s gonna showing my webinar as below:

You can see chat room on the left side and you can also see that Meetvio allows you to use Camera or Share your screen as well using a special browser extension they provide which is chrome based. And then you click on Start button to start webinar.

2/Auto Webinar (Evergreen webinars)

I go inside Auto Webinar, you will see that we also have an ability to upload a recording.

You can either choose to add a video from either YouTube or Vimeo or you can select one of the previous webinars that you have done so that way any webinar that’s in the system can be converted into an auto webinar. And then you choose Days and Time you want start webinar.

You choose User Timezone, Date Format, Time Format, you can also choose to let people watch the  webinar right now and you can also choose to send notification to them which allows you to essentially give
people the option to select the time and date.

And then you customize your landing page as same as Live Webinar and add New Reminder

After all, you click Create Event to add Webinar to Calendar

3/ Video Meeting

This module allows you to set up a meeting with max 5 people. You enter Title, Select TimeZone, Date & Time. I recommend check Record Event to record your meeting, you can also add chat to your meeting and then you enter email to send invite to the people.
