Conclusion

Overall, I find their website to have a “new host” feel to it due to the lack of updates in the support sections and limited detail under each section that they offer. They really should hire someone to update the Knowledge base with a solid 300+ new topics because it would help their clients find their own answers.

That being said, I’m comfortable recommending Hawk Host to anyone considering them as their web host of choice. They receive very good feedback on several forums and the negative feedback was related to user-error or terms of service violations which I won’t consider in my recommendation.
